1. How long is Juno's free trial? The trial lasts one week. If you'd like more time or to start a second trial, reach out to your Account Executive directly or email [email protected].
2. How many returns can I do during the trial period? The trial includes 5 free preparations. You'll have full access to Preparer, Reviewer, Advisor, and Assistant — all within the app.juno.tax platform.
3. Can I export to my tax software during the trial? Tax software exports aren't available during the trial. This integration is set up on your onboarding call once you become a customer, so you'll be ready to go when you need it.
That said, the vast majority of your work in Juno happens directly in the web app, so you won't be missing much in the meantime. If you'd like to see how the automated data entry process works, we have a walkthrough video in our knowledge base for each software here:
4. Is there a limit to how many documents I can upload? During the trial, each preparation is limited to 25 documents. This limit is removed once you become a customer.
