How to switch your Juno Account to a New Email Address

Switching to a New Email Address

If you created your Juno account with an old email, or your firm recently changed its email domain, you can add your new address to your Juno organization without losing your access or role.

How It Works

Juno doesn't recommend changing the email on an existing account directly. Instead, you'll invite your new email as a team member, assign the appropriate role, and then deactivate the old account.

Steps to Switch Your Email

1. Invite your new email address

Go to Organization Settings and invite your new email address as a team member. Assign it the same role your current account holds β€” if you're the org admin, grant the new account org admin access as well.

Not sure which role to assign? See Team Member Roles and Permissions for a full breakdown of what each role can access.

2. Accept the invitation

Check your new email inbox for the Juno invite and complete the sign-up process.

3. Deactivate your old account

Once your new account is set up and you've confirmed access, return to Organization Settings and deactivate the Juno user associated with the old email address.

Important Notes

  • You must complete the invite and confirm access on your new account before deactivating the old one. Deactivating an account before creating a new one could lock you out.

  • If you're not an Admin or Org Admin within your Juno organization, please ask a team member with those roles to complete steps 1 and 3 on your behalf.
