Feature Requests

Help us shape the future of Juno through your feedback!

At Juno, we're always looking to improve the product—and your suggestions play a major role in shaping what we build next. As a platform built by CPAs, for CPAs, we care deeply about creating tools that solve real problems in real workflows. Your insights help us ensure Juno continues to reflect the needs of the professionals who use it every day.

How to Submit a Feature Request

You can submit a feature request directly from inside the Juno Web App. Make sure you are logged into your Juno account, then follow these steps:

  1. Click on your profile menu in the top right corner of the app (your name/initials).

  2. Select Feature Requests from the dropdown menu.

  3. You'll be redirected to the Future Product Requests channel inside the Modern Tax Pros community, where you can post your idea directly.

When posting your request, it's helpful to include a short description of the feature or improvement, the challenge or workflow it helps address, and any relevant examples or screenshots. The more detail you provide, the easier it is for our team to understand the impact and consider how it fits into our product roadmap. If we have any questions, or take a feature to beta before release, don't be surprised if our Product team reaches out to you!

Why Your Feedback Matters

We are genuinely grateful every time a customer takes the time to share feedback with us. Many of Juno's most-loved capabilities came directly from CPA firms who wanted a better way to work—and we built those improvements because we listened.

Your ideas help us continue building a product that reflects the realities of tax work and supports firms in delivering high-quality, efficient, and consistent results.

If there's anything that would make Juno more powerful or more intuitive for your team, we want to hear it.
