Supported Source Documents

Every source document Juno can process, plus file requirements to know before you upload

Important Notes Before You Upload:

  1. File size: documents can not exceed 32MB
  2. File Format: the HEIC image format is not currently supported
  3. Combined PDFs: if all of your client's documents are merged into a single PDF, upload that one file and Juno will extract data from each source documents within it
  4. Password-protected files: are now supported. When you upload a protected document, an Unlock button appears - click it and enter the document's password to begin processing

Juno can extract data from the source documents listed below. If a document type isn't listed here, Juno won't extract its data automatically and you'd need to input the data manually into your tax software.

Note: When a brokerage packet contains multiple 1099s together (for example, a 1099-DIV alongside a 1099-B), the document is labeled Consolidated Brokerage rather than as a single form.
