Juno Notifications

Learn how notification channels, priorities, and deep links work in Juno, and how to turn them on or mute specific types.

Staying on Top of Your Work with Notifications

Juno can notify you — by browser and by email — when something needs your attention. Notifications are off by default, so you'll want to turn them on to start receiving them.

Turning On Notifications

Head to your notification settings screen at any time to turn on browser notifications, email notifications, or both.

Notifications only fire when someone else is on the receiving end. If you reassign something to yourself, you won't get a notification about it.

What Triggers a Notification

You'll get notified when:

  • Preparer - a preparation is assigned to you.

  • Reviewer - a review is assigned to you.

  • Document processing - an uploaded document finishes processing and is ready to view.

  • Advisor - an agent run or prompt finishes.

  • Account-level events - you're added to an account, or your role changes (e.g., from user to admin).

Notification Center

Click into the notification center to see everything at a glance. You can filter by product area, and every notification is deep-linked — clicking one takes you straight to the specific preparation, chat thread, or settings page.

Email Notifications

Email notifications mirror your browser notifications and are deep-linked too, so clicking through from an email takes you right to the relevant item — like an Advisor run that just finished, or a preparation that was just assigned to you.

Muting Specific Notifications

From the notification settings page, you can mute specific notification types you don't want to see — for example, account notifications like being added to an account or having your permissions changed.
