Step 1: Download the Drake Trial Balance from Juno
In the Juno web app, once all documents are validated click Download Drake Trial Balance. The file will download to your default downloads folder.
Step 2: Open the Client in Drake
Open Drake Software and navigate to the client you want to import data into. This can be a new or existing client.
Step 3: Run the Trial Balance Import
At the top of the screen, click Import.
Select Trial Balance Import.
Click Next through the first screen
On the file selection screen, browse to and select the file you downloaded from Juno in Step 1.
Step 4: Select Items to Import
Drake will display a list of all items available for import from the file. By default, all items are selected.
Leave all items selected to import everything (recommended).
If needed, use the select/deselect options to include or exclude specific items.
Click Next. Drake will process the trial balance file and display the total number of items available for import.
Step 5: Complete the Import
Click Finish. Drake will add all imported items to the return.
