Updating the Juno Integration App

The Juno Integration App will automatically prompt you to update when launched as an administrator. If you are in a hosted environment and do not have administrator privileges, please contact your IT team for assistance.


Uninstalling the App on Windows

If you run into an issue with the Juno Integration App, a clean uninstall and reinstall may resolve it. Follow the steps below:

1. Open Add or Remove Programs and uninstall the Juno Integration App.

2. After uninstalling, search for the following locations in File Explorer and manually delete any remaining Juno files:

  • Users/[YourUsername]/AppData/Roaming/juno-integration-app

  • Users/[YourUsername]/AppData/Local/juno-integration-app-updater

  • Users/[YourUsername]/AppData/Local/Programs/JunoIntegrationApp

  • Program Files/JunoIntegrationApp

3. Reinstall the Integration App using the download link provided during your onboarding call.


How to Uninstall the Juno Integration App on Mac

1. Open your Applications folder and move the Juno Integration App to the Trash.

2. Empty the Trash to complete the removal.

3. Reinstall the Integration App using the download link provided during your onboarding call.
