How to Connect CCH Axcess to Juno

Step 1: Open Return Manager in CCH Axcess

First, open Return Manager in CCH Axcess, then select the client you are working on in Juno. Then click on “Utilities”, and then “Export.”

Next, select “Returns selected in Return Manager”.

Ensure “Include Input Data” is selected and click “Export”.

Step 2: Open Batch Manager in CCH Axcess.

Open “Batch Manager” in the CCH Axcess main Dashboard, under Application Links.

Select “Refresh” and you’ll see the export that you just initiated for the client. Then select “Ready for Download” and save the .dat file in an accessible location. You’ll need it in a few seconds.

Step 3: Upload the .dat file to Juno

Now return to Juno in your browser and click “Choose file to upload” and upload the file you downloaded in Step 2. After doing so you’ll see the “Continue” button become available for you to select.

Bulk Import Instructions:

To upload clients from CCH into Juno, you can utilize the Bulk Import feature in the Juno Web App. Navigate to the "Clients" tab and click on "Add New Client". This will open up the below screen.

Here, you can upload client information by using the dat file generated by CCH. To create this file, you can follow the steps listed above under "Client by Client" instructions and select all of the clients you wish to import.
